The pricing is good in contrast to competitors who offer less for more. The staff here were fully present, competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and treated me without partiality, not knowing whether they'd approve me or not to be allowed to live here. And still they showed everything off to me as if I had everything to give and nothing to lose. Even though none of this information was presently known at the time of their touring of these apartments! This place is well done, for a well price, and run by people with hearts for people and not simply for thr sake of money. The truth was plain to see. And I'm very happy to have even walked through those doors.

The five stars are for Kelsey only! I have not rented because I read the reviews and it sounds like management AND owners have no idea what they are doing. Kelsey was wonderful at giving me info and helping me tour, but the reviews ran me off. If it weren’t for the track record of this place, Kelsey’s warm and inviting character really made me feel cared about. Wish this would rub off on the rest of the staff!

I have been living at the property for over 3 years and the previous staff earlier this year was very rude and seemed liked they never cared. But, that all changed during summer when a new staff came and anytime I have had to call, go in, they have all been so nice and helpful! The managers Marlene and Kaylee have helped tremendously whenever i’ve had an issue with my unit or in regards to the property. The 2 leasing agents are always so nice and we always have pleasant conversations. It truly makes a difference and makes me feel better about living here. Thank you Overlook team!!

I got a call back maybe five minutes later and Ernest said he will be on his way to help! This was very unexpected,but appreciated since the time of the phone call was at 11:14pm. Updateing review. I found out by neighbor's that the unit 1111 directly across from my door 8 feet away has a major infeststion of bed bugs.i was not informed of that before i signed the lease and moved in.i expressed my concerns to the office nov 3rd that they may travel to my unit and they dont care i signed the lease. So review is null and void. Office people were awesome young lady who helped me was particularly great and everything was easy and smooth moving in the apartment is really nice property is really nice overall I'm very pleased now I got to unpack yay

The Overlook Apartments is perched on a hillside overlooking the city of Albuquerque, which gives it a truly breathtaking view. The apartments themselves are spacious and modern, with plenty of natural light and high-end finishes. The amenities are top-notch as well, with beautiful pools, a fully-equipped gym, and even a dog park for your furry friends. Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that my wife and I (being a resident) felt safe. If you are looking for a luxurious and picturesque place to call home, I highly recommend the Overlook Apartments! I was blown away by how peaceful and serene of a community it is. The complex contains and is surrounded by a lush greenery and beautifully and well-maintained landscaping, which makes it feel like you are living in a park.

Very nice environment and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. If there's any maintenance problems they do try to get to it as soon as possible or within a timely manner. It is a little bit pricey for rent but I think it's worth it. I do recommend this place.

I’ve lived here 3+ years now and I’ve been happy, except the hot tub hasn’t worked in over two years. (EDIT: The hot tub currently works, but neither the pool or hot tub are warm.) Maintenance requests are handled quickly, but there is no note left that they were there. The people in the office are very nice and go above and beyond to help. The mailboxes keep getting broken into, but I’m guessing that must happen to lots of places without surveillance.

Ever since I walked into the office I was greeted by polite and professional staff. I mainly dealt with Christopher Sullivan once my application was submitted and needed approval. The other male (I forgot his name) was also extremely helpful. I’m still in the process of getting settled but so far everything looks good and works properly. There is plenty of parking which is also helpful. Very good experience with everyone at Overlook during a stressful time for myself and family. Thank you.

After five years here, I am very happy to have moved to The Overlook. What I like most: the location (near a 5-star park and 4-star shopping center); the grounds (well-maintained and full of hillocks and greenery); the architecture (not like a hotel or high-rise: building are at angles to each other and recently painted with an attractive color scheme); security; and stable monthly rates (my monthly rent rose moderately last year). As long as my rent remains in line with the Cost of Living and inflation, I plan to stay here indefinitely.
