APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Albuquerque

I moved here right before the new owners took over and I must say I have been nothing but extremely satisfied with my choice, the improvements here, have been fast and extensive. Not sure how there could be ANY negative reviews, especially the ones directed at the office staff. They have been nothing but professional, cordial and accommodating!! I have dealt with all of them and the manager Kassandra is outstanding, she has addressed what minor issues I have had immediately and efficiently and with true concern for my comfort!! Kaylee and Fabian have been nothing but friendly and eager to please. The continual improvements inside and out are impressive and I think this place is a bargain for this area. The pool areas are great and I love the dog park. The grounds are always clean and the mature, shady trees and peace and quiet of the grounds, give a park like feel. The grounds are beautiful at night as well. Any maintenance issues were resolved quickly and professionally by the capable maintenance staff. I also appreciate the mountain views and the beautiful park right across the street and easy access to shopping and restaurants. Yep loving it here !

Fabian was a pleasure to work with. He gave my boyfriend and I a full tour and we were sold. The floor plans, the dog park, and the amount of grass(if you have dogs you know what I mean) made us instantly fall in love with the complex. We had toured several and this is the only one where we felt it was right for us and our two dogs and the staff were genuine. They even gave us this cute little starting out basket, so thoughtful.

We took a tour with Fabian and he was very kind, very helpful, he was just all around awesome. He answered all of our questions and we moved in pretty soon after with no problems at all. So far we absolutely love it. We have no issues, and it’s going great.

The pricing is good in contrast to competitors who offer less for more. The staff here were fully present, competent, knowledgeable, friendly, and treated me without partiality, not knowing whether they'd approve me or not to be allowed to live here. And still they showed everything off to me as if I had everything to give and nothing to lose. Even though none of this information was presently known at the time of their touring of these apartments! This place is well done, for a well price, and run by people with hearts for people and not simply for thr sake of money. The truth was plain to see. And I'm very happy to have even walked through those doors.

Despite their busy schedules, they were incredibly kind and patient with me. I work with properties daily, and the team at Overlook truly stands out. Incredible experience! Kassandra the property manager is an absolute delight to be around. She’s very easy to talk to and actually shows she cares about your needs. The property is in tip top shape and I am sure that has a lot to do with her. Overall, 10/10.

Shout out to Kaylee! She made my move in process so easy, stress free, and fast. My new home looks AMAZING! The renovations are very nice for the price! VERY affordable.
