From the moment I arrived last week, through the entire move-in process, and even now, I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Outlook Apartments. April, Angela, and Demaya have been absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. They made what can be a stressful process feel effortless. Maintenance has also been fantastic. Carlton and Joe are awesome — super kind, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. It really shows that they care about the residents here. Since moving in, I’ve finally been able to relax and get truly restful sleep, which means more than I can put into words. I’m so grateful to be living here now. The staff made my move-in easy, welcoming, and stress-free, and I genuinely love it here. Highly recommend Outlook Apartments if you’re looking for a place with an incredible team and a peaceful environment.

April does an excellent job creating a welcoming and well-organized community. She is very approachable and her dedication greatly enhances the living experience for residents.

I moved here a few months ago from a small apartment complex with an awesome staff and maintenance crew, so I was a little worried about moving to a bigger complex. However, the staff and the manager, Kassandra, have been very prompt and helpful during my few months here. She was also very helpful in tracking down a package that was delivered to the wrong address. The complex is very quiet, and the other tenants I have run into have been very friendly.

The property is in a great location, clean, the units are good, and the staff are nice. April in the front office is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Overall great place to live.

The new staff is amazing i havent had a my furnace working since the winter of 2023 I was told that Maintenance was not able to work on furnaces do to liability ...I put a work order in again and clint from the Maintenance team came in and had it up and going with in 20 mins ...do to wrong wiring ... 5 stars thank you so much
