The Overlook is everything I was looking for. A great view, unforgettable sunsets, lots of trees, windy walks in the park, chirping birds and buzzing bees. Let’s not forget the crispy blue pool and the jacuzzi. ‘Maritza’ in the front office was stellar with all her help and communication. Couldn't have done it with out you. Thank you kindly.

I’ve really enjoyed living here! April in the leasing office has been amazing to work with. She’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help whenever I have a question or need assistance. Great customer service and a wonderful place to live!

If you need an go to person, April is the go to! As the assistant property manager, she is always professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. She greets everyone with kindness, handle every task efficiently, and goes above and beyond to help residents. Her dedication, patience, and positive attitude make a real difference every day. 👊🏽👊🏽

Clint is a great maintenance man and very caring when working on my maintenance requests! He’s always has an open ear when I have questions or concerns overall Clint’s way of reassuring me everything will be repaired is over EXCELLENT

Ive had the greats experience with the overlook apartments. The ladies in the office are just magnificent to work with and so loving and patient!! Clint the maintenance supervisor is a great help and very attentive with all of my maintenance requests and questions!

Just want to post a review for my quick AC fix. I currently live here and it took less than 24 hours to get my AC working again. Shout out to Clint (Overlook maintenance) for his quick diagnosis and repair. July in ABQ is no time to be without AC! Thanks, Clint !

Got a super amazing tour from Melissa. She was a gem. Amazing property and everyone was very welcoming.

From the moment I arrived last week, through the entire move-in process, and even now, I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Outlook Apartments. April, Angela, and Demaya have been absolutely amazing — kind, patient, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. They made what can be a stressful process feel effortless. Maintenance has also been fantastic. Carlton and Clint are awesome — super kind, attentive, and quick to help whenever needed. It really shows that they care about the residents here. Since moving in, I’ve finally been able to relax and get truly restful sleep, which means more than I can put into words. I’m so grateful to be living here now. The staff made my move-in easy, welcoming, and stress-free, and I genuinely love it here. Highly recommend Outlook Apartments if you’re looking for a place with an incredible team and a peaceful environment.
